Customer service is a must when I enter a place & for that i gave em full stars along with things that catches the eye. I was able to leave with what I came looking for. Not too bad with the prices

Came here 3 times since they opened. One sales rep was very very attentive and went above and beyond to get my daughter the right sneaker as well as an outfit to match, I think her name is Aniyah. Another rep had fake nails so long that she couldn't get the paper out of the sneaker for my daughter to try on the sneaker. Overall I would definitely come back.

I’m glad I didn’t let the bad reviews deter me from this location. Every employee here was soooo nice and helpful with my exchange. They definitely have a new customer. I’ve never even heard of Snipes until I got some shoes for Christmas that I had to return today. Loved the vibes in there
